Founder & CEO
Mr. Piyush Khanna, a Delhi boy at heart, spent years excelling in the aviation industry where precision, discipline and world-class service became second nature to him. But amid the runways and responsibilities, one passion stayed constant: his love for honest, flavourful North Indian food.
Driven by an urge to build something of his own, Piyush moved to Goa to pursue his entrepreneurial journey. What he missed most was the comfort of true North Indian flavour food that felt like home. That longing quickly turned into a vision, and that vision took shape as Highway K’tchen Goa.
Today, under his leadership, Highway K’tchen stands as a vibrant celebration of culture, taste and hospitality bringing a slice of North India to the Goan highway, crafted with purpose, passion and heartfelt intention.

Vshakha Khanna, the co-founder and true brainchild behind Highway K’tchen Goa, is the visionary who first imagined a space where North Indian flavours could find a home on the vibrant highways of Goa. With an innate flair for fashion, aesthetics and detail, she has always believed that great experiences are created not just by good food, but by the way you feel the moment you walk in.
Her creative instinct, eye for design and deep understanding of consumer taste helped shape Highway K’tchen into what it is today a fresh, modern, thoughtfully curated North Indian experience. From the menu to the mood, every corner of Highway K’tchen carries her touch of warmth, style and intention.
